*2018*

Breathe. Realize it's only as serious as you choose it to be. Watch your vibration. Fight hate with love, no matter what. Give out hugs and high fives like it's your job. Laugh. At everything. Wear mis-match socks and flowers in your hair. Do not allow yourself to dwell on negative thoughts about yourself or others; Both subconscious parties will feel it. Eat clean. Buy only what you need. Donate items, time, and energy. Pay attention to your energy! Energy is the most  precious gift you can share with others and the most important thing you carry with you. Use social media for connectivity. Stay away from gossip and complaining. Post only what you wish to represent. Do not mirror other people's poor behaviors or take on their emotions. You have your own emotions, you do not need anyone else's. Remember that money is just energy constantly flowing from one hand to another, it doesn't control your life. Write letters of gratitude and thanks to yourself, others, an

TRIGGER FINGER

Yesterday, my husband and I returned from a beautiful trip spent with family up in New York. We overdosed on love and laughter with those that share our DNA. Once home and unpacked, Julitto was over the moon to finally be able to surprise me with the Christmas gift he purchased; A baby blue colored small Glock19 hand gun, often common with the ladies. I was overjoyed! My animal-loving vegan-hippie peace-preaching self is not exactly into weapons of any kind, ho wever, this allowed me to be able to join my husband on the range, which is one of his favorite places to play and practice. Something that once separated us, now became one more thing we could join together. His idea was brilliant and I was grateful. Small, cute, and comfortable. I can learn this! Within minutes I took a quick photo of my new adventure and posted it on Facebook for my friends and family to see and join me in this neat little celebration. Many of my girlfriends were excited to see that my Christmas gift ma

DIVINE LOVE

When you discard ego, you discard anger, frustration, righteousness, judgement, or even the desire to look a certain way. You discard the image you wish to appear to others and the craving to be "better than." When ego is removed, you are making room in that space for something better, more Divine, and much more in alignment with your true soul. The real you. When we act within the vibration of LOVE, and only love, it's ALWAYS a win. Everyone will win. Love is kindness, compassion, understanding, empathy, and forgiveness. Love is what connects us. It's why we are here. The results are sometimes not immediate, but I promise, the vibration of pure love is effective instantly. Be patient. You will see.... When there's nothing but darkness, be the light. Illuminate. Allow your soul to absorb the lessons it came for.

GOODBYE TO 2017

For me 2017 was all about "closing out." It was as if the turn of that New Year simply wasn't enough as far as escaping or moving forward. How Karmic? (LOL) But in the end, it was perfectly imperfect. My past. His past. Your past. THE past. Chapters that were still left slightly open were lingering in the air and it was up to me to dig deep and close them all out completely. With integrity, class, and awareness. Old habits and behaviors surfaced while  history was slowly starting to repeat itself like I was riding the merri-go-round of annoying. This year taught me just how powerful I truly am. I was faced with battles from others, battles within myself, and battles that were simply..well...already destined and a part of my Life Chart. I conquered them all and with grace.  :)  So much has been put to rest and this 2018 feels like white light glowing gates opening to a whole new Spiritual level. I feel taller, stronger, more grounded, and calm. I have forgiven myself an

BE THE VOICE

When I was in the 3rd grade I had a best friend who meant the world to me, and who I am still friends with today. She was and still is the sweetest human I have ever met walking around planet Earth. We met in Kindergarten, were inseparable all throughout elementary school, and kept in touch often after I moved before High School. As a small child, her Throat Chakra was not the strongest and she was often labeled "shy." I never failed to rise to the occasion if  she needed something and was too hesitant to ask. My way of being didn't change as I grew, only it grew with me; Stronger. I always rooted for the underdog and never had a problem speaking up for children, animals, or any other being that simply did not have the ability to open up their mouths and speak for themselves. People often avoid speaking their truth because they fear that it will cause conflict in some way, however, I believe if you are speaking from a place of love and positive intent, (and staying cal
